Wellness at Gorgeous Goat Creamery
Why Wellness?
It is well-known that interactions with animals, time spent outdoors, and carrying out meaningful work have a positive impact on mental wellbeing. In our fast-paced world, it can be incredibly difficult to step away from high-stress environments and find true relaxation. We invite you into our peaceful forest and farm to discover a deeply restorative experience. We intentionally craft every activity to nurture your mental health, enrich your overall quality of life, and help you find a lasting, gentle calm in the heart of nature. By giving yourself the space to truly unwind and connect with agriculture, you can build personal resilience and step back into your daily life feeling deeply refreshed.
Meet Our Partner: Kristin K. Broderick, LMFT
We are so grateful to welcome our partner, Kristin K. Broderick, LMFT, who brings the vision of SHINE to life right here on the farm. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a specialized certification in Ecotherapy, Kristin has spent her career creating gentle, grounded spaces for personal growth and emotional restoration. Her deeply holistic approach connects people with nature and agriculture to foster healing, build resilience, and support mental well-being during life’s high-stress times.
Kristin treats the farm as a living, breathing ecosystem where intentional interactions with the land and animals can truly thrive. She provides the warm guidance and mindful framework to help you step away from the fast-paced modern world, step into the peaceful forest, and discover a lasting calm in the heart of nature.
